Meet Sarah
Sarah has worked at Belfort Furniture since December of 2020.
Tell Us About Your Design Background and What Did You Do Before Design?
I started my design journey in 2016, while also working as an office manager for a sailing marina.
What Do You Love About Working With Clients and Design Projects?
I love helping my clients pull out the full potential of their space. I aim for my clients to find the process of working with me smooth rather than stressful. I hope my clients find their experience working with me and their new room/home design fun and life changing!
What Do You Want Your Clients To Know About You?
I genuinely enjoy what I do. Not only is it fun, but it鈥檚 rewarding.
What Do You Enjoy In Your Free-Time?
I鈥檓 an avid second hand shopper and go almost every week. I鈥檓 constantly buying accessories for my home. My favorite things to find are one of a kind art pieces and odd vintage items. I also hang out with my 6 lb Maltese on my days off!
Sarah's Design Advice: Have a mood board with the color palette and style in mind. Having cohesive pieces is what can make or break a space. Whether it鈥檚 style or colors, having something to bring everything back together is the key.
Sarah's Design Picks
The H660 pink velvet chair by BeModern. The brass base gives it a vintage vibe, making it the statement in the room.
Gat Creek鈥檚 Basie nesting cocktail table. Having two stacked tables gives dimension and extra surface space.
Lexington鈥檚 Horizon sofa apart of the Barclay Butera collection. Having a 2 seat sofa breaks the tradition of having a standard 3 seat sofa and updates the room. The framing of the brass base frames the piece and polishes off the look.
