We bought a few rooms of furniture. We had one of their designers, Toni, help us out. She was excellent, and helped us pick pieces that we love and work for us. The communication from our sales person was not great. I had to ask for an invoice with the list of pieces we ordered and had to follow up several times on the status. I would have expected the sales person to be more proactive and commutative.

We've been purchasing furniture at Belfort for more than 20 years and have never had a negative experience. Whether our purchase was a single item or a whole room professionally designed, each time we had helpful, knowledgable sales people and professional delivery drivers who were respectful of our time and property. We have had multiple rooms planned, designed and styled by Belfort's lead Designer Toni Salazar and her work has been exceptional. Having her come to our home to measure out our rooms, understand our vision, incorporate our existing pieces and work within our budget has resulted in a cohesive home that reflects our style and will stand the test of time. Highly recommend.

How would my husband and I describe our decision to embrace the ideas of Belfort's designer, Toni Salazar?Well, in our 30+ years together, it was one of our best decisions. We entered the Belfort showroom intending to update the rooms on our main floor. Within a short time, we were overwhelmed with the many decisions needed to coordinate and update multiple rooms. Thankfully, Toni soon approached and assured us she could help us meet our goals. With hope restored, we explained the task and then answered questions about our preferred styles and colors and how we use each room. Toni heard our desires and skillfully connected thoughts and ideas to improve design choices in ways we hadn't considered. We recently lost our house to a fire and had the daunting task of replacing all of our furniture. When we initially visited Belfort Furniture we were overwhelmed with all of the choices for so many rooms but Gil suggested we work with a designer. We met with Toni Salazar who was nothing short of amazing. We provided her room dimensions and a brief description of our tastes and she met with us two weeks later with a presentation. Our tastes tend to be more traditional but Toni coaxed us out of our comfort zone and offered some wonderful suggestions that really worked for us. She helped us with color choices and even provided some feedback on paint selections that brought the rooms together. The furniture delivered was staged by Belfort's professional delivery staff who were very accomodating and careful during the move process. The customer pickup location is staffed by wonderful customer service professionals who helped us load the few additional pieces we picked up. Toni followed up with a visit to ensure everything was staged correctly and we were happy with the final product. In the end we have a stunning home with beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully chosen furniture. Toni is amazing and Belfort was the right choice for us! We have been Belfort customers for over 20 years and will continue to be for many more. We highly recommend them!

We used the design service at Belfort and Toni Salazar was our designer. The whole process was great and perfect for us to update our living room and dining room. Toni did a great job helping us design the rooms from rugs to furniture to lamps. She was really great at figuring out what style worked for us and came up with a great plan. She also was here when the furniture was delivered and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Everything turned out better than we could have hoped.

It has been many years since I have shopped for furniture. Last few purchases were wrong color and size. After I moved I decided time to NOT move stuff I didn't love and buy new furniture with help from a decorator. I got prices BETTER than Wayfair for same dresser. Top of the line furniture with outstanding service. Desniger Toni Salazar took tons of time measuring, listening and helped to create amazing spaces for my condo. Henock stayed on top of the orders and delivery. I would high recommend Belfort again.

I'm writing a review for Toni Salazar and Alissa. I picked Toni to design 3 rooms for me after looking at her profile online. What I really liked was her responsiveness and friendliness and attention to detail. She took the time to learn my style and after coming to my house, designed and installed 3 rooms for me. It looks like a model home. I feel like a Christmas and my birthday all in one. Toni worked with some of my existing items as well. I must also compliment the delivery team for being on time and very professional. Alissa picked and arranged accessories beautifully. I will recommend Toni and the Belfort team to my friends.

I want to provide an excellent rating for the Belfort designer Toni Salazar. She came out and measured and looked at the 2 rooms we wanted to get new furniture for which were the family room and kitchen and came up with such a great design. When we got the furniture she selected it looked amazing. Transformed both rooms into model like looks. Not only does it look great but the recliners she included in our family room are so so comfortable. Besides her great eye in designing Toni was highly accommodating and always very responsive. We would highly recommend Toni and Belfort.

We have made several purchases from Belfort over the past 10 years and the service, selection, and pricing have always been excellent. Ludmilla is a wonderful sales representative - never pushy, extremely knowledgeable, and very good about providing updates and keeping in touch throughout the ordering and delivery process. She really makes furnishing your house a breeze.For this last purchase for our living and dining rooms we utilized Belfort's design service. We were matched with Toni Salazar and she was amazing! Very friendly and open to our ideas in terms of use, color scheme and style. She was also very mindful of our budget and worked with us to select alternate pieces in order stay within that budget. We were initially a little nervous about some of her fabric selections but when the pieces arrived we were floored by how great everything looked together. So now we know - trust Toni! This woman knows what she is doing!We will definitely go back to Belfort for future furniture purchases and highly recommend Toni and Ludmilla - they are top notch.
